Terms & Conditions

19 October 2026 · Draft for preview

Preview terms. The operator’s legal name and business address must be completed before public launch. This draft does not certify legal compliance.

1. About Easygoing

Easygoing helps you compare journeys and weather information. It is a planning tool, not a transport operator or a ticket seller. These terms cover use of the app and its account features. The owner and operator of Easygoing is responsible for operating the service and determining and enforcing its personal-data retention policy. The operator’s legal name and business address must be added before public launch.

2. Journey information

Departure times, disruptions, prices and forecasts come from external providers and may change or be unavailable. Check the operator’s current information and ticket conditions before travelling or purchasing. A displayed fare is not a booking or a price guarantee. Weather forecasts are estimates.

3. Your account

You may search without an account. An account enables saved journeys and preferences. Use an email address you control, keep sign-in links private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Registration here is separate from an account with a transport provider.

Under Easygoing’s account policy, an account is deactivated after 12 consecutive months without signed-in use. We will email the registered address and allow 90 days from that notification to reactivate it. If it is not reactivated, the account and associated personal data will be deleted, subject only to a documented legal exception. You may request deletion at any time, including before the 12-month period, by emailing [email protected]. Scheduled deactivation, notification and deletion still require implementation and verification before this policy is enforced automatically.

4. Responsible use

Do not attempt to access another person’s data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or misuse its APIs. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us.

5. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The Privacy Notice separately explains personal-data processing. Reading or accepting these terms is not consent to marketing or optional tracking.

6. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Contact Easygoing at [email protected] for questions or an account-closure request.
